- 2 cups Soy - chips
- 2 tablespoons Nutritianl Yeast
- 2 tablespoons White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Fennel
- 1/2 tablespoon Oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 cup White flour
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
- Make 2 flax eggs (2 tbls flax + 6 tbls water) let set for 5 minutes. Add Soy chips+ all seasonings and flour. Add hot water and let stand. Added 1/4 C EVOO after mixed.
- To use as topping for pizza or in pasta sauce: form small balls and place on baking sheet and brown in oven. (In pictured pizza we also used sliced Italian Sausage (tofu) sprayed with EVOO before baking.)
