Make 2 flax eggs (2 tbls flax + 6 tbls water) let set for 5 minutes. Add Soy chips+ all seasonings and flour. Add hot water and let stand. Added 1/4 C EVOO after mixed.
To use as topping for pizza or in pasta sauce: form small balls and place on baking sheet and brown in oven. (In pictured pizza we also used sliced Italian Sausage (tofu) sprayed with EVOO before baking.)
