Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Soy Taco Crumbles (or soy chips)
- 1 can Amy's Refried Beans
- 3 tablespoons Taco Seasoning (to taste)
- 1 can Diced Green Chilis
- 4-5 Tablespoons Hot Taco Sauce
- Flour Tortillas
- Tator Tots
- Potato Ole Seasoning (Recipe link in notes)
- Chopped Lettuce and tomatoes
- Taco Sauce

Instructions
- Soak taco crumbles in hot (boiling) water. Allow to set until water is absorbed.
- Combine beans, taco crumbles, green chilis, taco sauce, taco seasoning and any additional spices you like in a large skillet with a bit of water + 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Cook until liquid is evaporated and mixture is thick. Spoon into shells and top with lettuce, tomatoes and taco sauce.
- Bake tater tots according to directions (425 degrees for 30 minutes) and sprinkle with "potato ole seasoning". (Recipe in notes)
