Soak taco crumbles in hot (boiling) water. Allow to set until water is absorbed.
Combine beans, taco crumbles, green chilis, taco sauce, taco seasoning and any additional spices you like in a large skillet with a bit of water + 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Cook until liquid is evaporated and mixture is thick. Spoon into shells and top with lettuce, tomatoes and taco sauce.
Bake tater tots according to directions (425 degrees for 30 minutes) and sprinkle with "potato ole seasoning". (Recipe in notes)
