  • Soy Curls
  • Fajita Seasoning (Recipe link at bottom of page)
  • 1/2 each Green Pepper
  • 1/2 each Onion (red or white; we love red)
  • 1/4 cup Refined Coconut Oil
  • Butter
  • EVOO

  • Soy Curls
  • Fajita Seasoning (Recipe link at bottom of page)
  • 1/2 each Green Pepper
  • 1/2 each Onion (red or white; we love red)
  • 1/4 cup Refined Coconut Oil
  • Butter
  • EVOO
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl add soy curls and cover with HOT (boiling) water. Allow to set for approximately 10 minutes. Drain any remaining water and add 1 T "Fajita Seasoning".
  2. In a cast Iron skillet melt 1/4 C "unflavored" coconut oil. Add Curls and a bit of EVOO over the top. Sear curls on one side (approx 5-7 minutes). Flip curls Add 4 pats of butter.
  3. Add onions and peppers add 1 additional tablespoon "Fajita seasoning" + drizzle of EVOO Allow (curls) to brown on bottom. Add small bit of water and mix around.
  4. Cook until all liquid is gone. Serve with flour tortilas and margaritas 🙂
