Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Soy Curls
- Minced Garlic (to taste - we use LOTS)
- 1/2 each Red Peppers (cut into strips)
- 1/2 each Orange Peppers (cut into strips)
- 1 each Large Onion (red or white cut into stips)
- 8 each Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes (mild)
- 3/4 can Beer (go ahead and sip the rest :)
- 1 squirt Ketsup
- 1 pat Butter
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 2 tablespoons Jalapeno Flakes
- Chili California
- Paprika
- Chili Cayenne
- Cumin
- Oregeno
- Salt

Instructions
- Soak the soy curl in hot (boiling) water until water is dissolved. Add to skillet with the remaining ingredients + spices. NOTE: I didn't add amounts because everyone's taste buds are different. (And David doesn't ever measure anything so I really don't know). Cook until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla shells.
