“Chicken” (soy) DeAblo
This is one of the many recipes converted from using meat to using soy curls. You won’t be able to tell the difference.

  • 1 1/2cups Soy Curls
  • Minced Garlic(to taste – we use LOTS)
  • 1/2each Red Peppers(cut into strips)
  • 1/2each Orange Peppers(cut into strips)
  • 1each Large Onion(red or white cut into stips)
  • 8each Mushrooms(sliced)
  • 1can Rotel Tomatoes (mild)
  • 3/4can Beer(go ahead and sip the rest :)
  • 1squirt Ketsup
  • 1pat Butter
  • 2tablespoons Parsley
  • 2tablespoons Jalapeno Flakes
  • Chili California
  • Paprika
  • Chili Cayenne
  • Cumin
  • Oregeno
  • Salt
  1. Soak the soy curl in hot (boiling) water until water is dissolved. Add to skillet with the remaining ingredients + spices. NOTE: I didn’t add amounts because everyone’s taste buds are different. (And David doesn’t ever measure anything so I really don’t know). Cook until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla shells.
